Yes you can, just sign up to subscribe to get the discount code and use it whenever you ready, there is no expiry date but each code is good for only 2x time use.

You can start using your Roadside Support cover for breakdowns that occur after 48 hours or more after purchasing your membership.

If you are in state of life threatening situation, call the emergency services on 000 for Fire, Police or Ambulance service. 

If you are broken down and require immediate roadside assistance immediately,  a non-refundable service fee charge of $99 will apply, in addition to your annual membership fee when just joining with us.

We aim to get to you as soon as possible and our goal is to get you back on the road quickly.

Sometimes, there might be slight delay to get to you and it all depends on a number of factors, including your location and road conditions.

If and when possible, we may SMS you a link showing the real-time location of your roadside technician or contractor, as they approach the breakdown area; and their estimated time of arrival (ETA). This service may be available in some areas only, subject to limits in use.

Of course you can, we encourage you to create an account first prior to purchasing your membership with us. To create an account its FREE, then you can view your recent orders, history, renew your current policy add ons and other exclusive benefits for our members only.

No joining fee or other hidden costs. and we do not store any of your payment data information anywhere and we only use trusted source of external payment gateway. 

Call our Roadside Support call centre number provided on your policy order. We'll provide you with service call assistance and ask you a series of questions about your vehicle details and narrow down the likely cause of the breakdown (unless it’s obvious).

We can dispatch either a roadside technician / contractor to assist you and in most cases they will able to mobilise your vehicle and in the unlikely event they can’t, we can arrange for your car to be towed with local tow truck company to your nearest repairer.

We cover generally for any Motor vehicles, Motor bikes, Caravans or Motorhome with gross weight up to 3.5 tonne and vehicle is less than 5.5 meters.

We cover all towing costs up for all our members up to the limits of your roadside plan cover; 

1. Our Comprehensive Plan covers up to 20 kms Metro area and up to 50 kms rural or country.
2. Our Premium Plan covers up to 50 kms Metro area and up to 100 kms rural or country.

If you have sold your vehicle, you can either leave the membership with the new vehicle owner or transfer your roadside membership to your new vehicle.

You can update your policy details and vehicle registration details at 'anytime' during your membership period by buying "Transfer Policy Pack" cost only $22.00 per transaction in our online store and once purchased and policy has been updated, remember we do have 48 hours waiting period policy before you can be eligible for call out assistance.    

Yes, we have our digital e-Gift card online and you are able to choose the amount you like to purchase or enter your custom amount and gift it to someone via online, it also has NO expiry date. It is simple buying process with safe payment process online.
